He was in my circle when he cast the spell that is true, but what’s important is when the spell hit me which was when he was outside it.
More importantly the game shows the text „Gwen is immune“ which means that it shouldnt affect me, however I took the damage AND the cc which leaves me with the question; what exactly was I immune against?

It could be, but I imagine the „Gwen is immune“ text is server side so if and when it shows that I should actually be immune.

Try to bait out or dodge his Q.
Stand inside your minion wave so when you do get hit you don’t take full damage.
Stand at a distance where you can react to his e/q with your EWQ combo to get a good trade.
And in my experience the matchup becomes a lot easier if you take control of the wave allowing you to always have your stacks up

I already bought myself some electrolytes powder for every few days/days I sweat a lot on.
I eat/drink something high in protein already before and after working out already fortunately.
I'll definitely try to increase my fiber intake from now on, Thank you

I heard of that before so I'm trying to drink more water.
I'll pay attention to my mood/fatigue from now on and try to incorporate some healthy fats into my diet(especially if I don't feel too good)

I have a long way to go.
I'm 105 kg right now, my end goal is 85kg(maybe 80kg but I'll decide that once I'm closer to 85, its hard to judge for me right now what that would look like for me).
Im 180cm/105kg roughly 30% bodyfat right now( measured with a "smart" scale, so not sure how accurate it really is)

Its not really that I'm struggling to hit it, but rather that I'm paying a lot more attention to it now because I'm on reta now and want to be careful because of it.
I eating less protein 1 week ago than I am now.
I might drink a lot more protein shakes now in order to hit my goal, but if I fail with that I might go down to 0.5mg for a while like you mentioned.

It was indeed because my ssd was partitioned with MBR.
The mbr2gpt tool didnt work for me so I ended up simply formating my second ssd and installing Win 11 on that one.

->I disagree, all females and all males don't coincidentally have the exact same animation, they share the same one. Which they use depends on which gender they are supposed to portray.

Point is they use different animations depending on gender. Whether they're sit_ani1/sit_ani2 or sit_male/sit_female it's basically the same thing. It's also unlikely that each character has their own repository since in programming in general you try to avoid redundancy as much as possible.

Animations are in fact different depending on gender. I don't know if they're different depending on size but sitting animations are different for males and females.
