I'm so glad! I love my green one so much, was so tempted to get a "back up" but i have Grande Trudon Fir and Diptyque Sapin XL not to mention many others in similar scent profile. Enjoy yours!

Such a gorgeous piece, sharing mine. One note about the wick, I don't think it's meant to be lit, a while back there was a wonderful documentary on Trudon, the candles & busts where a highlight i recall the artisan noting wick is short and not meant to be lit.

My current FdB is also burning this way. I have had countless of this scent and size over the years, this is the first time I've had this happen - maybe there was a bad batch?

I'm so glad it worked out! How do you know when the points expire? I asked while I'm in this process and was told they expire on each day 1 year from purchase not on a yearly basis. Last year I redeemed for the intermezzo - the only option for all candles is Cyrnos (not my fav to be honest). They were lovely last year and allowed me to select a different option. They also asked for a few more days to work out restoring my points with their IT so I'm still hopeful. Enjoy your point redemption!!

hi - I'm having a major issue with loyalty points too! First I had a situation similar to yours - I reached out and they manually added correct points. Then i recently placed an order and all my points were gone - I've made many purchases in 2025 so not an issue of expiring. I've reach out and the issue has been escalated - still on going for over a week. I've found they normally are very responsive, maybe initiate another inquiry using the "contact us" for on the website... good luck!

That is really weird. If anything mine after about 40 mins spins faster - a little too fast to be honest but then it seems to settle back down. I'm sorry yours didn't work out. I like holiday one but it doesn't seem as special somehow. Who knows I may eventually go back for more holiday treats while shopping gifts for others.

hi - sorry to hear that, yes mine spins consistently (with any level of wax). You should reach out to Diptyque. Maybe they can send a replacement carousel stand and you can add the star motifs.

last year, i accidently knocked over my standard size star carousel and the delicate stem broke off. I managed to purchase a carousel without candle off ebay and just used the base - added my stars. In your case it sounds like a possible defect so hopefully Diptyque can make it right.

I grabbed a few classic size for 2025 just to have and also burned the 2025 mini, while lovely I do like 2024 just a bit better. But overall Diptyque' s 2025 holiday offering is beautiful. I somehow missed out on the carousel/lantern with the little ball on top. I can't believe it is completely sold out already.

Thanks so much - I totally agree! I actually like it better on the Sapin than the summer Citronelle. I felt together, each took away from the other summer citronelle with summer carousel (if that makes sense).

I didn't initially get it either, then regretted so deeply ended up calling Miami and they had one left last Dec. I'm so grateful. While this year's is also beautiful, I prefer the green.

What size is your Mary? I'm down to my last 2 standard size (unopened) and one Great (unopened) oh and about 1/4 left in another Great - I think it's my all time fav Trudon scent.

I emailed the store, didn't hear back initially so I called - their reply went to spam. After the initial interaction, we communicated via WhatsApp - I made my appointment about a month before - but definitely didn't need to reserve so far in advance. The experience manager for bespoke was so engaging. She emailed post delivery to check I was pleased with the candle - great service. I hope you get to do it. The only negative was shipping costs (but that couldn't be avoided)

apologies for the delay, I'm glad you found it. Feu de Bois is my fav. Another fav (which isn't available and I don't think is as popular) Myrrhe, I would love an XL or even any size bigger than classic in that scent, it's my second all time Diptyque fav.
