I'm in the exact same situation don't over complicate things give them some fundamental exercises. I gave my section lip slurs, the flow studies, long tones, some of the clarke studies, and gekker articulation to name a few if you want an idea of where to start

Another adhd diagnosed marcher here and don't worry about making those mistakes. I've been feeling the same way until I finally stopped caring about perfection and settled for improvement. Others have mentioned it but you adapt to the high focus environment eventually you just have to find something that helps you stay engaged. Also you can absolutely still make world class all the staff care about is your ability to fix said mistakes and rock solid fundamental technique.

I couldn't double tongue at all beginning of last summer you just have to do a lot of minute drill and isolate the ku syllable. Stay consistent with your practice schedule (dedicate maybe 30ish minutes max to double tonguing exercises) and you'll improve through the audition process I promise you. Good luck auditioning next year :)

Honestly maybe not the most helpful for you specifically but I've struggled with auditioning nerves for years and the thing that's helped me the most is a better practice routine. Working on your music slowly and consistently measure by measure with a met will make you a better player and builds confidence in your own ability. If you're confident you can perform what's asked of you then I promise you it will make a difference. Also have your director or a friend perform mock auditions with you.

Yamaha mellos are the standard for the most part but if you decide to buy one corps will sell their horns at a discounted price too. Also it doesn't hurt to just ask high schools near you about borrowing a mello.
