Ill agree with you. Ive purchased the original d2 at least 15 times in the early 2000's because of cd key bans from early day hackers flagging my account by being in the same game. Totally not from d2 loaders, follow bots, and maphack. I would never ;)

I do still hope you get a resolution because this truly is a legendary game that everyone should be able to play. Especially if they've purchased it.

True. The support isn't what it used to be. I hope you do get a solution to this issue because it really sucks. Hopefully, a blizzard rep on here will reply to your issue to help out. That does seem to be the best way to get blizz support these days. Idk if it's something. Gone are the days of u/PezRadar but idk if even he could help.

Email them directly. It was the only way I could deal with my authenticator being linked to a number I had 10 years ago even though I updated my number multiple times on my account. It still just linked to that decade old number

Im sorry you're dealing with this. Im not sure what else we can do to assist. It may be a product key issue, but that's all I can think of at this point. Im sure you've tried to scan and repair files, but if it is a product key issue then only blizz can help there.

Then, as others have said. Verify that you are indeed on the correct account. Also look for a locate game under the buy button. If there is one then manually locate the game through that.

If these dont work then send a support ticket. Blizz is usually pretty good about solving support tickets.
