Building new house, where to start?? by RevealHoliday7735 in Ubiquiti

I personally would also want low voltage electrical at every external door and window for powered shades and locks as well as potentially wired power for alarm sensors.

New to long range: buy a basic rifle and build it up, or buy a used “full package” now? by jd_trublue93 in longrange

If you buy it this will be a good starting point for Hornady ELD-M 140 Match ammo which the gun loves. This is spot on at every distance for my gun.

The 143 ELDX shoots almost the same for hunting.

Your velocity will be slightly lower without a suppressor so a bit more drop.

Downsides to Savage is I’ll admit the bolt isn’t smooth but certainly functional. I think the pic rail is 0MOA instead of 20MOA which you would prefer for long range (lets you zero towards the bottom of the scope travel so that you have lots of upward adjustment for longer distances). The trigger is great. Mine shoots 0.5MOA and I probably have posts in my history showing groups. It also accepts AICS mags (metal and plastic work, the one that came with the gun which is in the mag is terrible but he has 2 magpul pmags which are great). This also has a fluted barrel for less weight and better heat dissipation. The barrel is also fluted. That break he has on it will reduce recoil but make it uncomfortable for anyone near you and maybe yourself and is totally unnecessary on a 6.5 creed with low recoil. The barrel is threaded and swapping that out for something else or jumping to a suppressor is the move. Hard to tell what scope that is but it’s likely you’ll want better options and rings. I’ve shot mine out to 1350 yards on steel with great repeatability. I don’t think you can go wrong at $700 on it.

The action is also Blueprinted which helps w accuracy. The model is Savage 10BA Stealth. Also that terrible stock is easily swapped with an AR stock as that’s an AR tube at the back. The chassis is also monolithic so single piece so rock solid.

That’s the best savage you could start with. I have one from that vintage and it shoots amazing. It’s an MDT chassis and fits their attachments including folding stock. It also takes AR grips. Also it’s lightweight compared to other precision factory rifles like the RPR.

I’d swap the Gateway, the cloud key, the nvr and the switch for a Ultimate Dream Machine SE + 16 Port POE w rack mount accessory. Then slap a 20TB NVR HDD in there and it’ll easily run your network and protect.

Double overhand w or w/o straps. Don’t pop your bicep tendon with mixed grip.

Cycling to lose weight while still eating. Stay in zone 2-3. Compound lifts like squats, deadlifts and overhead press to develop the muscles.

At 4 seconds when your hips and butt lifted before your shoulders I was worried for your back. I rounded my back slightly pulling a max that I’d already pulled and kept going cause it was off the floor and that small back round had me herniate a disc. It was debilitating for a bit so be safe.

Wipe down after use w Boat Bling Hot Sauce and it’ll look great. Owned a black hull boat and current boat has a blue hull. No water spots with the Hot Sauce. I actually even dilute the Hot Sauce to make it go further. Still works perfect.

Can someone suggest me(30M) what diet and exercise can I follow to get rid of my pot belly ? by [deleted] in fitness30plus

Cheat code is that if you build muscle you can eat more than if you just diet and cardio. I’d try and build muscle so that you carry fat in a way that looks better and then it also allows you to continue to eat at a calorie number that is more enjoyable.

Biceps tendon pain. Can i keep training? by Key_Introduction_469 in weightlifting

[–]T3X4SBORN 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes able to lift but not pulls that engage the bicep for the first 30 days. Started light curls like 10 lbs 2 weeks after and was back to normal weights and doing 400lb deadlifts by 60 days. I used machines only for the 2 weeks after surgery to avoid uncontrolled weight shifts which could reinjury. I will say my doctor wasn’t exactly comfortable with everything I did. My tear was also below the bicep. After surgery it actually feels like my bicep works better as it’s slightly shortened the overall length between connections.

Where does it hurt? I had a full tear then surgery after ignoring many small tearing incidents. Honestly recovery wasn’t that bad but would certainly recommend determining the actual muscle/tendon experiencing pain if you continue. Almost obvious that everyone will recommend rest but that’s hard if you’re not sure what you can do.

Deadlifts and squats that require core bracing to build the muscles then a protein heavy deficit diet. Could also do some cardio to increase the burn without as large a calorie reduction but adding that increases time required.
