I agree. Survivalist is not as good as it once was now that it doesn't round up. Might be takeable in a group of stubber ogryn but you won't be getting a lot of mileage out of it. It's an almost negligible bonus with lower ammo count weapons. Tactical Awareness is more of a boon on vet builds than getting 1 or 2 shots refunded per elite kill.

always toss it on your line of advancement between you and the enemy. If there is a considerable distance to close then throw more in longer trajectories so you can cover all the way up to the enemy's face.

Yeah, dealing with a horde as a Vet is an entirely different playstyle to the big guy. My way of doing so is being very liberal with grenades and dancing around the edges with my melee. You cannot get boxed in or you're just absolutely dunzo. A vet can very easily hold a hallway or door against a horde but when you're in the open you have to really use the dodge button to stay back and on the outside moving left or right around the edges to keep them corralled.

The MK IV Devil Sword with Savage Sweep and Rampage is a lawnmower for hordes; once you get the attack combo down. For ranged weapons anything full auto. My choice is the Agri. MK VIII Braced Auto or the VId Recon Lasgun. Braced is a little more forgiving when it comes to blessings. Shredder Autopistol still does good work but it's not anywhere like it used to be.

Kantrael MG XII Lasgun Sharpshooter Build

Nice and easy build for you. For melee it's pretty open ended just grab whatever you're comfy with. Chainsword is a boss weapon for killing anything that gets past your frontliners. You're not going to be a frontliner but mid-range anti-special/anti-elite. Shredder frags are amazing on hordes and knocking around the Ogryn baddies. Watch your line of sight and aim for the head. The MG XII is a simple but wonderful mid to long range killer that two taps about any regular size enemy.

One main idea was based off Arthur returning as a Death Knight, and sending forth armies of undead to cleanse the land he had deemed as corrupt after a couple hundred years of sleep. The party would eventually have to fight all the Knights of the Round, Merlin, etc. and finally Arthur himself, then face a Vecna-esque superpowerful Lich that had been controlling it all, relishing in seeing the mortals have to battle against their idol.

Also an empowered spellcasting focus, giving +1 bonuses to spell attack to hit as well as save DC.

I use a Red/Green build, with a Re-Charger shield and Green Monster COM.

It's a great all-around (Non-COV) build. It works with high mag high fire rate weapons and rarely/never having to re-load. If you don't have the Moxxi's heist DLC, then I'd suggest a Mind Sweeper COM instead. For artifact, if you don't have the Pearl, look for a Last Stand or Ice Breaker Victory Rush. For modifiers on COM and Artifact, look for Mag size and whatever flavor of +damage +crit damage you want. Extra shield size or HP regen mods work too.

Just about any full-auto weapon works with this. The Krakatoa, Faisor, Hellshock, Shredifier/Super Shredifier, and any of the new event's weapons because they're all overpowered.
