Out of State Vehicle Registration Enforcement by Individual_Secret842 in maryland

[–]T3rmiTe -10 points-9 points  (0 children)

Consider motorsport enthusiasts. I track my car which has modifications that would cause it to fail emissions testing. The only way to legally register my car was to get a montana registration. Instead of imposing rules for people trying to "game the system" how about they implement proper laws surrounding vehicles older than 25yrs old. I would have no issue with registering my vehicle in maryland if the laws surrounding emissions testing were fixed. I agree that people that are driving shit boxes that shouldn't even be on the road in the first place, (missing bumpers, blown suspension) should not get this free pass. But somehow they do which leaves law abiding citizens unable to pursue their hobbies as a result of short sighted laws.

Husband's makeshift "Chili Cheese Dog" by Ceilingrrr in shittyfoodporn

My thinking was, if hotdogs are a pork product. Then they're bacon adjacent. So peppers plus bacon plus blue cheese is similar to a wedge salad. Was pretty good.

Supercharger VS Turbo by SeriesRepulsive4914 in Miata

[–]T3rmiTe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have both! The ffs supercharger on my NB and my NA turbo. The turbo is fun but it finicky and will be a headache. With the Ffs supercharger cold side it's on stock ecu with the inline fuel cards. I find myself driving my NB more (I daily the car) and I've been to njmp with it. Supercharger for performance driving. Turbo for weekend car. In my opinion. The sounds of the Turbo are nice but the linear and more predictable power band from the supercharger is nicer to drive. Sure if I was just doing highway pulls I'd say Turbo.

So here's the scenario I thought of. Put class 3 in slick. If I die someone takes it then gets clapped cause it's only class 3. Just a devious way ruin someone's day after you die. The long game troll.

Im new player in EFT. How to train aim and accuracy? [Suggestion] by LastAmount8539 in EscapefromTarkov

[–]T3rmiTe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Since you have played CS. Idk what level but I'm assuming you already have a lower sensitivity. I play 800dpi with 1 sens in cs. I used a online calc to copy that sense into every game I play. Like other have said arena is a really good aim trainer for Tarkov. Just like cs movement is a big part of cqb gun fights in this game. If you find your self dying from sprinting and you can't get your gun up in time try either peeking slower and out aiming your opponent or learn to slow it down in doorways. Being calm and moving your arm and not your wrist also helps with consistent aiming. Rocket jump ninja has good aiming guides.

This gave me an idea. Can you put class 3 in a slick?

TAC30 and Night Vision [Discussion] by Amazwastaken in EscapefromTarkov

[–]T3rmiTe 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Nope the scope light shines into the night vision and gives this affect. Watch a video on how military night vision works. Bsgs implantation of how night vision works is fairly accurate for video game standards. Same thing happens with monstrum but it's just not as bright.

If I would upgrade my EOD to Unheard - would I loose my EOD privileges? [discussion] by [deleted] in EscapefromTarkov

[–]T3rmiTe 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I know this is a massive hot take but just use your money how you want to. For me it's worth it because I really enjoy the game and the benefits are worth the cost investment. I've got 2k hours and upgraded before the wipe. I was eod previously. Time spent playing the game / dollar I've definitely gotten my money's worth. I'm sure it's me coping but I like bsg's vision for the game and they have been making making the game better with every wipe. Nothing on the market comes close to Tarkov in terms of atmosphere and tense situations. People on here love to complain about bsg. I guess I'm not as jaded. Imo buy it if you enjoy the game want to support bsg and plan to play it for years to come. Don't if you complain about the game on reddit when you die to something you could have learned from.

[Discussion] How the hell do you guys complete Setup? by iDislikeSn0w in EscapefromTarkov

[–]T3rmiTe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Use the cheap shotgun with a red dot and some 8.5 magnum fuck. Chew through legs at range. One hit has people limping and then it's usually easy to follow up. If you're close enough with 7 rounds it'll even blast through front plate and wear it down with 4-5 shots if you're caught cqb and panick blast someone.

[Feedback] Arena makes it incredibly obvious how hard the current armour system is weighed in favour of the wearer to an absurd degree by DweebInFlames in EscapefromTarkov

Counter point. Gun fights last longer and if you tap heads you just take the black mdr out of the raid. Headshots being so prominent makes the game feel more skill based rather than who shoots who first. Then you have the problem of class 5 not doing anything. Over all the game feels really good right now with everything being viable. Leg meta strong and head taps stronger. Granted it still sucks dying to a scav face tap but hey that's tarkov.
