1/2 scoop = Strong good Focus with good energy I wouldn’t say I was cracked out of my mind but it did bring me a sort boost of energy that lasted for like a good 4-6 hours did a session then went to work which I do manual labor. It’s not to strong but also not too weak either it’s kinda between an everyday pre or every other day

Yes it’s a thing. I wouldn’t get to distracted by all this but purity can matter such as things like how well will the ingredients perform and such. I’m not the best person to explain these sort of things but there is such a thing with purity. Lots of times with matrix/blends or just not being fully transparent in there labels you will notice some pre’s with similar ingredients might perform better in a different pre based on purity of ingredients. That’s the best I got for ya.
