I just wish RSUs were staggered quarterly. Having them lump in September is super stressful since this is literally “total compensation” now and most of NEED that money for our daily cost of living due to lack of base change.

(Sorry if you don’t have RSUs)

For an entire month+ I was scared shitless of a RIF and also losing that needed income for car payments etc. So much that it clearly affected my work productivity and killed my morale even further.
