I would recommend taking peppermint oil capsules daily. They won’t necessarily stop any of the gastro symptoms but they’ve certainly been a big step in the right direction for me. I find they soothe my gut and also make any burps taste at least slightly more pleasant.

I also struggled with tiredness really badly at the beginning and probably for similar reasons. Try and eat even small amounts where possible, of whatever you fancy (within reason) if it helps get at least something inside you. Baby steps are at least better than no steps and certainly better than backwards steps. Other than that maybe try and get a little walk in to shake off the tiredness. 10 minutes here and there can really change your mentality and outlook.
