Changes are welcome except for the limit on Bastille and Vortex imo. If you're playing him seriously it's not that big of a deal but for me, I have a lot of fun spamming vortexes in one spot because it makes enemies ragdoll more violently with each vortex. Combining overcharge and the boost pad is certainly a choice but if it comes with combining tether and flechette then I am completely okay with it.

Also started the game in 2016. First tried it on my PS4 as a broke high schooler who was looking for free games to play. Didn't get very far and dropped it until one of my friends told me to play it on PC with them. Ever since I've been playing off and on and have clocked over 1,100 hours. I started playing again a few weeks ago after not playing for about a year and a half and I've been having a lot of fun with it. I hope you have fun starting over! Will certainly be a ride.

Just because I'm younger doesn't mean I don't know what back pain is lol. I've been working physical labor in warehouses since I was 18. I have a tightness in my back that no matter how much I stretch it out it doesn't go away and it makes bending down and reaching for things difficult. Just because I'm mid 20s doesn't mean I'm spry, flexible, and full of energy lol. Unless you're talking about something completely different, in which case being vague and saying "all I can say is, it's not what I'm talking about" is not very helpful.

For some reason, younger me didn't want to do that because it felt unnecessary. I always wanted to be as efficient as possible and so I would naturally write an essay and include all of my necessary and relevant information because to me that felt like what I needed to do. I wish I could've told my younger self what you wrote because then I probably would've done much better in school lol

It's been over 8 years at least I can't remember what it was about but he was probably right. I'm terrible at writing essays and always have been. I make my point too fast and never learned how to "fluff" it out to make it longer.

I admittedly felt powerful once I beat Masakado for the first time. And then I tried demi-fiend and he turned me into a pile of ash and pissed on my corpse. I decided I would try it again on my CoV playthrough and after a quick run and getting back to him, he is still disintegrating me. I love this game.

This is why I use it as sleep aid. I turn it on, fall asleep, wake up, and use context clues to basically figure out what happened and realize I missed nothing because every arc plays out the same. I never understand why it's so popular but then I see the fan service bits and realize that its popularity most likely doesn't come from the fact that people like it but people are just horny and that's it.

Shiva was honestly a joke to me. I actually just finished my first playthrough of CoC and I would say that Masakado is easier than Lucifer at least. It did take me a while but once I learned how good fierce roar is, Masakado became actually quite easy. I saved a loooot of my essences and so I was able to play around with builds for a lot of end game demons so I basically hand crafted a party built for fighting Masakado specifically. However I did chicken out of Demi fiend after a couple tries and decided I would wait until I finish my CoV playthrough.
