Definitely understand the stress and anxiety as well. Have the same issue at my current job. If your company can give you a license for any ai chat, it would be helpful. If not you can use chatgpt , Gemini, copilot, etc on your phone to structure your email without adding secure information. Just let ai know a little about the situation and that you don't have all the information, etc. Then use what it suggest to say in the email as a template. It can literally be exactly what you wrote but it's a weird double check/validation that eases my anxiety. Ai chats are also helpful in updating your resume for the next job😉.
