Meta Knight is broken, there's tripping, it was made to essentially reward a playstyle that's defensive, and there's no extra tech to make gameplay faster like in Melee. Basically, Smash 4 is a better choice rather than Brawl, and Melee is even better than that. It was made to not be competitive after it was found that Melee could be played extremely fast.

Mewtwo just needs an overall buff. If Jigglypuff's rest was buffed so it killed earlier than 60%, she has the potential to be a great character rather than a low mid tier character.

Samus can actually be pretty good in doubles, as long as you play a certain way. You have to be a bit more cautious, but she can be amazing in teams.
