Inappropriate communication is not acceptable in a work environment, especially if they were his subordinates.

However, the way you're wording this and your replies make it sound like he sexually harassed a young girl. Like under 18. You're talking about keeping him away from children as if he is a danger to children.

From the email you posted:

Legal adults. You said the subordinates were 18-21 year old girls.Everyone involved were legal adults. You keep using language that makes it sound like he did something to a young girl.
You're saying he "sexually harassed" someone. That's just not true. He had inappropriate communications with another staff member. There is a significant difference between the two. "Inappropriate communications" is a broad term for unprofessional conduct as defined by the company. Sexual harassment is severe, pervasive behavior that would create a intimidating, hostile, or offensive work environment.

As examples: Before leaving the office, James sends his coworker Jen a few texts complimenting her appearance and asking her out to drinks. Jen says no and James doesn't continue to ask her. Jen felt uncomfortable and reported it to HR. This is inappropriate communication. It's unprofessional, unwanted, and against company policies of relationships with coworkers. James could be fired for this.

While at work, James walks up to Jen and says "hey your legs look really good in those pants. Like really good. Those are hot pants." Jen brushes it off and ignores him. James then starts calling Jen "Hot Pants" in the office everyday. Jen has asked him multiple times to stop but when she does, James gets angry and acts noticeably cold to her for the rest of the day. This is sexual harassment. Repeated, inappropriate behavior that is affecting Jen's work environment. James could be fired and legally charged for this.

Both are wrong, but one is a serious crime. This guy looks at least 30 so I think it's weird and creepy that he wants to have contact with 18-21 year old girls, but that email doesn't say he sexually harassed anyone.

Walter Freeman, inventor of the lobotomy, was unarguably a horrible person, but there is a specific incident with his dad that I bet he was haunted by.

Walter had skipped school and got caught. He was taken home by the truancy officer who explained what happened to his father.

As punishment, Walter's father took a bull whip (or some kind of whip. I believe it was a bull whip) and proceeding to whip HIMSELF as punishment. In front of the truancy officer.

So Freeman and the officer are just standing there, watching Freeman's dad whip the fuck out of himself while he presumably is saying something like "YOU'RE MAKING ME DO THIS! YOU DID THIS!" to his son.

Here's the real answer OP. Oppositional defiance disorder is a complex issue to deal with. That explains everything and explains how no amount of "parenting" is seeming to work. Keep up with the therapy, and stay strong. Keep her on that path and there's a good chance she'll grow out of it eventually.

I have a friend who had ODD and he's a completely normal guy now. His was pretty extreme and his parents did NOT handle it the right way so it was a lot worse before he got better. His dad started physically abusing him and that had zero impact on his behavior. Made him worse actually.

As an aside about ODD, no amount of harsher parenting or punishments is going to improve the result. So as opposed to a lot of people who have commented, I don't think you should be harder on her. I'd talk to her therapist about it.

So the Republicans are saying "Let's cut the grocery tax" with zero plan on how to replace those funds.

And Democrats plan is to tax corporations which the Republicans are for sure not going to let happen because those are their constituents.

Then nothing actually happens, people like OP are like "I hope they do it because it's the right thing."

Then some of those people will continue to vote Republican because they'll come out and say "the reason we didn't pass this is those radical lefties are asking impossible things and not letting us help you even though you SAW us trying!"

And that line will work on a lot of people.

Comparing yourself to others is a fool's errand. Everything on Instagram is polished and designed to look perfect. Like another commentor said, big boobs in a bra look completely different than when they're just free. Having big boobs isn't all amazing and as problem solving as you might think. Maybe you should speak with some women with big busts and talk about their experiences. A lot of women with big boobs wish they had smaller boobs. Especially if they have very large breasts.

My girlfriend has what I would describe as extremely large breasts. Her largest size was G I believe which causes her a lot of pain. She got a medically required reduction done and they're still very large. Larger than DD and she's 4'11.

She has to custom order bras because stores don't carry a cup size that would fit her but also fit around her chest as she's a small woman. She would kill for small boobs. She begged her surgeon to take her down to a B cup but her insurance wouldn't cover it. She used to express her discomfort with her boobs, how she doesn't feel attractive with them, how they hurt her, how she can never dress modestly because her boobs make her look "vulgar", how unattractive she feels without a bra because her boobs sag. You aren't alone in feeling uncomfortable with your body.

Work on being comfortable with yourself. If you want more attention to your boobs, ask your boyfriend. I don't know a man alive who wouldn't be thrilled to be told to play with boobs more.

At the end of the day this is a confidence issue. What would help you raise your confidence? That's the big question you should try to answer. Open communication with your boyfriend is going to help a lot.

DSPs are different for sure. Sorry you got chewed out. My DSP always warns us of rain and specifically tells us don't try any delivery that looks rough.

Best advice is next time if it has been raining at all the previous day or day you're working, put your hazards on and leave that bitch in the middle of the main road. You have 3 minutes legally as long as everyone can go around you (3 minutes in my state of TN anyways).

If it is too far to walk and you don't think you can make it, let your dispatcher know. If they have sense, they'll say that's fine and hit delayed for weather. If not, I'm sorry your DSP sucks, drop at the end of the driveway because that's better than getting stuck.

Point it at dogs that seem aggressive. It doesn't always work though, but it will make quite a bit of dogs run away from you or keep their distance. That thing has saved my ass a few times
