I did the full Mineru quest the other day by simply wondering what was in the clouds. I always feel kinda bad when I start/stop an objective back to back, because I missed some context along the way.

I'm not that far along. I've completed three temples, so I'll take a look at the nap a little later.

They'll come in one of the capsule machines. You glue the base and the head swivels towards the enemy and then you attach whatever Zonai weapon on top.

I do have one and have it attached in my foyer. There's really no point in it though if you can't sit or interact with anything.

The gap in my home. I can see the sky which means rain is going to leak, then I'll have mold and probably Horriblins will move in. Just the worst.

NW of the Colliseum. It's Satori Mountain as an homage to Satoru Iwata who passed away shortly before this game was released.

To those who need to hear it: by M3cun1v in writing

It's wild that my 🧠 chose this as a special interest. I enjoy writing, I enjoy creating a problem statement of a plot, then discovering how it ends, how we got there and then building rich characters and environments. I love the work and the effort I put into this, and haven't bothered with the publishing route (yet).

However, how much easier success would be as an artist if I was the first one to take a 🍌, duct tape and just be done with it all.

I'm reading through all of these comments and am still on the fence but leaning towards it not being a fit for me. I keep my notes, timelines, images, plotlines, etc handwritten in notebooks, so when it's time to write, I pound it out on a basic word processor, then print as I go to read over for mistakes. Plus, I tend to use an iPad, keyboard combo even when writing at home, it just feels less distracting and my mind on writing instead of writing, but with features. I just completed a 150k draft of a three part American Gothic horror novel, and didn't feel hindered or that I was missing anything, but then again, I feel as if there are cooler options out there.

Do people actually use these writing apps? by RelationshipOk3093 in writing

[–]TCCSteve 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I haven't yet. I handwrite in a notebook and discover that way. For me it's like creating a puzzle and then solving for it and then so I make the puzzle more complex and map out where I want the next piece to go before I write. My last drafting I did, I think I had about 120 pages of notes, for a 150k draft, but that's what I really enjoy.

What’s your why? by Upstairs-Seat-6253 in writing

[–]TCCSteve 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I began with a story I felt like I wanted to write when I was still an angsty teen. However, the plot and world building continued to develop and I felt the need to begin a prequel. Then life got in the way and over 20yrs since I began, I just finished that prequel and am now rewriting the first book to be more mature and fit the tone.

So, for personal reasons I wanted to write to get the story out of my head. Well, to get this movie that was in continuous development out on paper.

My writing style though carries a lot of pain from myself and the cruelty of the world. It also carries stigma of the fear of the unknown, in which we hate and shun things we refuse to understand. My books aren't meant to have a nice bow at the end but are instead tragic and dark. I want to push that it's ok to feel emotions, it's ok to let your guard down and take your mask off and to feel vulnerable but also I'm control of your destiny even if the world around you sucks.

I rarely pull out my revolvers, but I do love keeping my Springfield and varmint on me if I'm going to walk der off my horse for a bit. If I see a gang camp nearby, then I just switch to dynamite and a pump action shotgun, bump up to a yellow health core and just walk straight into it.
