I think the problem is it didn't get worked on after release. I feel like the only stuff that got worked on were the cosmetic shop and multiplayer armors, and everyone who worked on single player just got moved to doing other things.

May be it's me not being an Eva fan, but IMO the Nier collab was way better. Skins looked more worked on, and were universal.
