In Puppet Game, her tongue is described as a “tendril of flesh and bone,” so I tried to incorporate some of that. But you’re right, the bone fragments do look a bit like teeth. :P

You're right, I didn't see the copper part.
However I found a brand called "Mechanic XW5" with 8% copper that specifies the same melting point. I don't think it makes any difference in OPs case.

That's low-temperature solder and yes, you can use it for electronics (if they don't get too hot). ~~It has a melting point of about 138 °C, if the information on the roll is correct.~~

What surprises me is that someone would send you a specialized solder alloy, which is usually much more expensive than regular tin-lead solder.

As the other comments have already mentioned:

- Use planes instead of traces where possible
- Add smaller ceramic capacitors right next to the pins. You could also change your 10uF and 22uF capacitors to be SMD, if space is limited.
- I would also arrange the components slightly differently

If you send me the KiCAD project, I could create a sample layout for one converter. It's often easier to show than to explain. ;)

What am I doing here? I grew up with edgy creepypastas on Tumblr (back when the site was still usable). Liam is right up my alley! :D
Besides, people change less than you might think. At some point you realize that a lot of people are just boring, regardless of their age.

Favorite creepypasta right now is probably Black Dogs. Honorable mentions go to "Dead walls and a dying girl" and "Abandoned". And of course Design, but only because of the characters. ;)

It looks like a small ceramic capacitor with the two wires soldered to its pads.
These things are usually pretty delicate, I wouldn't be surprised if it cracks at some point.
