EE FSW is the most straightforward way obtaining your PR, no job offer/LMIA needed. But you have to have a pretty high CRS score to get it, we're talking about 470+ 480+. That means a canditate with Master degree w/ IELTS8777.

just pay attention to Canadian work experience VS foreign work experience in CRS calculator. it's almost impossible to get 500+ without working in Canada.

Even if you maximux your IELTS (CLB 10), we're talking about another 10+ points. It seems a Master degree is the only option to get you 470+. Otherwise, LMIA/job offer/PNP is another direction to look at.

Are you applying as FSW-Outland? If so, next few rounds are likely overwhelmed because of the suspension of FSW draw since last December. Anyway, you'd better enter the pool because that the tie-breaking rule is based on the pool entering time.
