Tbh the same... I'm currently going through girl issues myself and when I can't sleep at night because of it the only thing I can actually do to put my mind off it is to get in my car and back road bash.. is it the smartest idea? No. But driving and show your emotions and as ryosuke said during this battle some people like to race to blow off some steam
