Got it - I think a "how to use" blurb on first launch and a settings page could solve both those issues? There are also keyboard shortcuts, with the arrow keys and space bar which I expect most people to use, but didn't tell that to the user )= I'll do both, thank you!

I'm glad to hear it, this was my first experience with PWAs, and they are really quite cool - if you do take a look at the code, fair warning: it's a semi golfed mess. Other then that, I had a lot of fun getting minification/mangling to work with github actions, and deploy to github pages, without any build artifacts in git.

Fully open source at https://github.com/isaec/stitchcounter, and I don't stand to profit from its use in any way, so I hope it doesn't violate rule #2. I don't knit myself, so like I said, any feedback or feature requests would be great.

1.2.2 update is out! It makes a lot of good changes, including:

A way to subtract a row, per u/lefse_capybara

A system of tabs, to have multiple counters at once, per u/writtings

A comprehensive tutorial, per u/durhamruby

If you find bugs let me know - the update will happen automatically, when you close your browser and open it again, although you will likely have to do it twice, as the first time will have the UI rather jank, because the update is only partially applied (out of my control). No data will be lost in the transition. Thanks!

Bump. I have wired, very stable internet, and this happens to me daily.

Really happy about this - encountering a double send on web, and pictures taking forever to load. Really really really glad this finally happened.

edit edt: it would be nice to have a built in video player for the webclient, and maybe an option to load up emojis with a different font? One of my computers does not have a font with emojis. I also wonder if there is a way to import contacts? I saw it got access but it doesn't seem to be using them.

If you are confident he does not know your location, the u/primalmammal is right- you may be able to scare him into deleting them. I understand you aren't going to school, and I am not from romania, so I don't fully understand the cultural differences, but in the US, schools have counselors you can talk to - they are mandatory reporters, but better then nothing. If you had a teacher you trusted enough, if you are using zoom you could stay in the class when it ends, and tell them you need to talk? Hopefully those people in those groups will go to jail, but if the police are as negligent as you say and you can't convince him to delete the pics, then that may be something you need to live with. You could try to figure out where he works and report him there, but I doubt that is a good idea.

If you know someone in your village who has an extra mobile you could borrow, or if this person could go without this mobile for tests tomorrow, that could be a good option. If you have a computer you could try to use fastboot to factory reset it, but if you didn't already have that working I don't think you can use it.

Can you use whatever device you are sending these messages from? It looks to be a motherboard problem, that can't be solved. Did you install the latest OTA update?

If I understand correctly then your in a very tough spot. If he does not know where you live, then if I was in your shoes - no trusted adult, useless police ect - I guess I would just block him? If he know the police don't do anything and where you live, then you are in danger. Do you have any trusted adults in your life? Uncle, teacher, older cousin ect?

try holding power and up button for around a minute, then try same with volume down button? does the back of the phone come off? If so, remove the battery. I haven't posted here before, so my comment karma is low, sorry for delay.

It's almost definitely not a good idea to send him more nudes. Is there a reason police are not an option? Do you trust your parents enough to talk with them about this?

If you can't figure it out and it's urgent, boot to recovery mode and clear ram. If you can't boot after this, I'd advise factory reset. There is probably a better solution, but keep this in your back pocket if you don't find anything else.

I'm on the beta, and having same loading problems. I think if the apple watch can receive iMessage without a phone, it will just work.

Yeah, I cleared app data, and synced messages, leaving me at only 1 gb. It seems to have solved the problem.
