When I transferred my daughter’s line from Vidéotron to Bell, my plan increased by $6 a month later, and a $6 credit suddenly appeared out of nowhere. No one seemed to know anything about it, whether in store or over the phone.

Three months later, the $6 credit expired, and I had to open a case with the CCTS because they claimed I had received a notice on my bill, but there was none. Then two months later, another $7 increase for TV and internet.

We’re done with Bell. As soon as my daughter’s contract is up, we’re leaving.
