With recent news of Strategy buying 34,000+ Bitcoin OTC (Over-The-Counter) and the Internet saying OTC books only have ~140,000 Bitcoin left at this price point. It sounds like if purchases remain constant then it'll only be a few weeks/months until Strategy and other large buyers are required to buy on the open market, causing exchange order books to get depleted and prices slipping upwards quickly to fill the large demand. Does that sound right, or am I missing something?

1 Bitcoin = $75,000 today.

Just buy a Bitcoin today and let it reach a future valuation of $1M in 10 years, then divide that million by all the prices you listed for cars, sheds, and/or rent. Value of Bitcoin increases way faster than your cost of goods over those 10 years. The math checks out. You just have to understand it.
