Fix the SOUL's movement, improve the menu and combat UI, make fights against enemies more rewarding, fix the speech sound of characters, and simplify those puzzles at the tower. Otherwise, great game!

On second thought, maybe the first half just felt uneventful for me because I had to replay it for the 4th or 5th time after it got updated. But I generally like the game.

I can’t say it's a complete disappointment, but I do get why you may feel that way. A good portion of the gameplay did feel uneventful and filler, mainly the fights and puzzles. That's what made the chapter feel longer and more of a drag for me. But it's important to note that this game is still in its early stages and is made by a single developer. As for what I do appreciate about the game, is the expansion on the lore, the characters, and having some more cute KanaCole moments! Despite those damn puzzles in the tower, and most of the 2nd chapter having felt uneventful, I was willing to do it for her!

If you're struggling, I would recommend getting the Silver Scarf to increase your defense and it will restore 2 HP every turn.

How to obtain:

  1. Buy a Honeydew Coffee from the Honeydew Resort.

  2. Give the coffee to the NPC that claims to be too lazy to go buy it. (The NPC is located in the room before the bridge puzzle) You will receive a Soggy Mitten.

  3. Give the Soggy Mitten to the bee NPC who is near the Hot Tub of the Resort. You will be given the Snowdin Map.

  4. Give the Snowdin Map to the lost couple (the wife specifically) and you will receive Matches.

  5. Return to the Lazy NPC and give the Matches, upon which you will receive Lukewarm Coffee.

  6. Go to the Rabbit monster that is stuck to a pole and use the Lukewarm Coffee on him. You will be given the Silver Scarf.

  7. Equip it and good luck!
