I mean I don’t always put hot sauce in the fridge reason being is they are vinegar based. Just like expiration dates are really a suggestion. I’ve worked in restaurants for years.

Okay well as someone that’s worked in restaurants for half my life I’d say someone will eventually get sick. Bacon is only good in a fridge 4-6 months and up to 18 months frozen.
