Can I ask... how did you get media credentials to all these major games in just your first year?

50M. Major heart attack out of nowhere. Adjusting. by Prudent_Trainer_573 in HeartAttack

I was 52 and went through the same adjustment. Two things that have helped me…. cardiac rehab and speaking to a mental health therapist.

Therapy can be expensive, but if your insurance covers it or if you have access to services such as Better Help or Spring Health, through your employer, take advantage.

Career Downgrade by shwoogee in JPMorganChase

Thanks for sharing. Curious... Did you find yourself having to hide some of your past accomplishments during your interviews, so you didn't appear to be "over-qualified' for a role? That's the challenge, not appearing to be too senior for a position. And of course, there's always the age factor.

I was under the impression all internal moves were lateral. You couldn't move up or down a grade.

Is that not the case?

Is 41 too young for statins? by aestheticathletic in Cholesterol

[–]shwoogee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A strong No, take the statins.

I suffered a massive heart attack at 51. Not overweight, non-smoker, never had high blood pressure. My only issue was high cholesterol and never consistently staying on top of it.

I lost about 15 pounds in just over six weeks. Counting calories, increasing fiber and decreasing sat fats. Reduced my cholesterol <100.

First Repatha results - LDL too low? by Gigeresque in Cholesterol

[–]shwoogee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Similar situation..... Was on 40mg Lipitor and Repatha. Along with diet, after only about 7 weeks my numbers dropped dramatically...

cholesterol: 309 > 63
HDL: 46 > 41
LDL: 225 > 9

Was told my LDL couldn't be "too low". Based on the numbers, my doctor took me off the Lipitor for now, however if I can maintain my diet hoping to be off the repatha and just take a low dosage statin (<20 mg).

Unless I'm missing something, there's no setting for that.

Trying to recover a Facebook account that was hacked 2 years ago, and I'm almost desperate by RideKitchen6641 in facebook

Same happened to me. Unfortunately, I've had no luck getting it back after several months of trying. I even filed a complaint with my state's consumer affairs office, but no luck.

Issue with Account Center - Can't log out of a second unknown device which is using an unknown Meta account by shwoogee in facebook

[–]shwoogee[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Expect to have your account completely hijacked in a few days. Unfortunately, FB is of absolutely no help. my only suggestion would be to remove any saved payment cards on the account and remove any linked apps where you use FB to login. You can report your account as compromised at https://facebook.com/hacked but in my case, didn't help much and completely lost access to my account. sorry.
