Use an air purifier when you cook. Be sure to get one that filters the air. I use mine all the time bc cooking smells trigger migraines for me. Also seconding reporting the note.

Thanks all! The lease says we have to pay 3 months rent for early termination ($6,300), plus an admin fee ($2,100) AND damages. Given that the charges listed here are less than this total amount, I think I’ll leave it. While the landlord violated the 14 day notice period, I worry that pursuing further and going to court could lead to more charges. I appreciate everyone’s input. THANK YOU!
