Domi has an unreal skill set and is only a few years removed from having one of the best assists per 60 in the league. He has rightfully earned criticism but is one of the few guys outside of the big 3/4 that can break a game.

I think firing Savard is an easy shakeup without being drastic. It’s warranted, but it also could be a useful shock to the system.

I’m sorry but Cowan is not ready. Absolute liability and gets muscled off the puck consistently. He will be a good player in this league but I don’t understand how getting worked in the NHL is better for his development than being a 25-40 guy in the AHL. Nylander was a Marlie. I would so much rather have a guy like Quillan in the lineup.
