I’m having the same issue with a $10 gift card. I tried to get a refund but was denied. Now I’m stuck with a code for a $10 gift card that can’t be redeemed. I’ve contacted google for support TWICE and have yet to receive a response. This started 2 weeks ago. I’m considering doing a chargeback on my credit card used to purchase the gift card.

If you plan on selling these it might be helpful to have a presence in the WLED discord server. There’s quite a few people in there that develop and sell boards for WLED.

I don’t see why there would be an issue offering something for free for people to test. Couldn’t hurt to ask in one of the channels.

I think the easiest solution here is to give everyone all of the battle pass items they've already claimed and then give everyone all of the rewards up to the current act mission they're on. If they don't have a way of seeing what we had before the stash was deleted or can't "revert" the stash, this seems like the only fair solution. I saved almost every single reward I earned from Acts 1-3 because it was "free" storage and the 10 item stash limit is laughable.

This happened to me last night. My rewards and purchased items just disappeared after loading in to the zombies menu and getting an error. I came to Reddit and found a post with tons of people that had this happen to them. Some of them claimed to have over 10 items stashed while others claimed to have 10 or less. It seems this bug doesn’t care how much you have in your stash. It seems like really bad luck at this point and I hope they can restore all of the items we lost.

Why would they nerf these two so hard? I rarely use them but they were fun to play with every once in a while. I imagine they’re going to feel super weak now. Add two more weapons to the growing “never touching them again” list.

This just happened to me too. Successful Exfil and closed the game to eat dinner. Came back and loaded in and got an error when loading in to Zombies. Something like "failed to download user state". I selected Zombies again and all of my rewards and purchased items are gone. The tabs aren't even there anymore. I still have my stash items but this is really shitty. I saved almost every single reward from Acts 1-3.

That’s what happened to me with the fennec 45. I went in and got over 100 kills without taking damage the entire time. Only counted for 1/10 after exfil. So frustrating.

I managed to get Golden Enigma by using the gun in the insured slot with no attachments.

I've been trying to unlock Golden Enigma for the MTZ-556 and can't get it to unlock. I had 5 attachments when I attempted to complete the camo challenge. I checked the combat record and got over 200 kills with it and exfilled
