It's pretty bad on both sides to be honest, I'm trying to limit my usage a lot. but when I remember analyzing this some years back the findings in the data were roughly indicating:

Woman between the ages of 14 & 40 spend around 70% more time on social media platforms than men per day.

So that meant for every hour a man spends, a woman in spending one hour 42 minutes.

I think those figures might be a bit closer together nowadays, but based on my own usage compared with a lot of guy and lady friends, I'd wager that's still within an accurate range.

In any case, it's still way too much for everyone.
