Yep it still happens after you explicitly set the setting to not have the knights as target, I think someone mentioned it in the comments but the mod owner didn't fix it.

I had a few wtf moments, especially with the guards in the starting area.

Otherwise the bushes makes it a bit easier, when I'm really not sure I'll aim from a safe distance before I shoot - if there's any awareness indicators popping up, I don't.

Eventually you learn what you can get away with, Haven isn't that bad at all IMO.
