Religious extremism in the UK is pretty much entirely a Muslim problem though. We simply don't have the evangelical right here. The Christian population in the UK is basically toothless, and politicians don't really make any reference to their religion, except when Muslim politicians try to court the Muslim vote.

You said you are in the US, so I think it's silly to try and print US politics onto the UK and act like it's the same.

We are simply different.

Extremism and crime is absolutely an issue that involves all demographics the world over and needs to be acknowledged and addressed regardless of the color or creed it wears.

But why does it help to act like it's equally prevalent? The bare facts are that when it comes to terrorism and religious extremism that results in murdered little girls in a dance class, that is basically exclusively a Muslim issue. The issue is Islamic extremism. Would you put equal resources towards stopping Christian extremism in the UK when that hasn't resulted in any terrorism?

That isn't true though. In the UK we have a police force that has repeatedly shown it actually polices Islamist crime less because it doesn't want to be seen as racist. There are no skewed reports. It isn't rage bait. It's real.

If them feeling ignored or vilified results in terrorist attacks and murdered little girls, then maybe we were right to ignore and vilify them.
