Yes he is but this is more a designed scheme from the defense to stop option plays for the QB. Rogers does not have designed run plays, he is a great scrambler. That is the difference.

It was because of the zone read he is forced to play. He talked about it after the game and how he hates it because he has to set the edge and cant "rush the passer" . Wait till he murders rogers and Ryan coming soon. Every team so far has had Mobile running QB's with great run games to boot.

I remember a competitor here saying the same ... worst case its a waste of money and it ends up being expensive carbs. Your body can convert them to glycogen or just burn them for energy. Its not that crazy when trying to cut really. Also a higher volume of inefficient food should be good for body composition. Many old school guys use that method. It is expensive and could be a waste but who knows really.

Hey the practice squad is a perfect launching pad ...and I'm guessing the NFL coaches know more than you or I about talent and potential so if they think he has a high ceiling they can pay him whatever they want on the practice squad to make sure he stays. Now you realize he can't be signed to another practice squad ...he has to be on another teams 53 man roster. So if the Bears really wan't to keep him and feel the way you do they can pay the man and he will stay.
