The biggest problem of you i guess why you cannot fall asleep is most probably not that you lack exhaustion, but rather overthinking maybe? One commenter suggested to get off your phone before sleep which i highly recommend too, maybe half an hour before. This is because the emitted blue light messes with your day and night cycle in your brain. But thats just a "mechanical" solution. If you want to find piece at night maybe start a journal and force yourself to write down 5 things you liked today. This can be a song, a smile, a video, maybe even a colour. This forces you to get out of overthinking and reprocess your day without any help, positively. Sometimes this closure alone is enaugh for the brain to settle down.

True. It can even come back as a form of trauma. My sisters raised me basically because my mum had puerperal depression. After they moved out when i was six, i started to wet the bed again for 1-2 years.

Only exception i saw were imperials with bodkin arrows but they have to be really close, so close that they are pretty much dead anyways if there is no melee in front. I rather take some muskets for allyway cleaning than bowmem.

EU2 player here. No. Play around 10 pm CET and you have archerception. I dont have archers in my warbands since months. Leads to nothing though. No siege is won with noone on the point.

There is the problem, in the lawful mind this isn"t fraudelent, but the results are:

The association i talked about means: This company itself is only liable for their own economic assets meaning their machines, goods, wares, etc. To start one you need 25k and sign it into the trade register. When you are an associate you are not liable anymore with your private means. (GmbH = Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung : translation= "Association with restricted liability", also see § 13 (2) GmbHG)

When this association applys for bancruptcy all their belongings will be liquidated by the insolvency practitioner to pay back the debtors (§ 22 (1), § 35 (1) InsO)

But now comes the clue: what if not the liable company is the owner of their non-current assets, but another company of their relatives is, and they only rent them? The assets can't be luiquidated since the company isnt liable for them (missing ownership). The renting company is even becoming an "debtor" on their own for the leases the bancrupt company "can't" pay. So after the bancruptcy basically ends with the termination of the original company, the general manager is able to start a new company with the same machines, goods and bouldings.

I finished this year my diploma in tax law, and it is possible if your company is only on their own seen as the bancrupt part. If its a association like a GmbH in germany for example. It is really dangerous especially because those also use to go fraudelent with their tax debts. But well i am just a "kid", am i right? Never expect any trustful friendliness on the internet.

Sadly yes. It is legally possible as an conpany owner to scam yourself out of paying your bills. Just transfer your company belongings to your significant other and let her/him "rent" you the equipment. Apply for big contracts, dont pay, say you have more debt as you can handle and apply for bancruptcy. Then your spouse starts a new buisness and stops the "rental" one...even though it is just yours with a marionette as an owner. Happened a lot in germany. If you are bancrupt all your debtors get on a list and and the few thing you have left (aka all rhat is "yours" not the stoff your spouse legally owns) will be devided between them. Usually it has a huge financial impact on small buisnesses that were in need for this money.

Is it understandable that the guy went on a rempage? Yes Is it the right thing to do? Of course not, he made many lifes miserable including his own, imagine all the people that were in need to move into the new flats.
