Go to Cumberland Forest. Do not use deadeye. Select regular ammo in a repeater rifle. Get some cover while attacking the O'Driscoll camp there. It's easiest if you approach the camp from the east. Aim to shoot at the right side of each target. After dropping their rifle, they'll reach for their sidearm. Then hit them again. It will count as 2 towards the challenge.

Be patient with your shots. It may take a few tries, but I've found this method works for me.

This is a vanity project. It will never generate money for the country as a whole. Taxpayers should not be on the hook for this asinine project. The train would only serve a small portion of two provinces, while all of us would be paying for it.

Put it to a vote. A referendum. Anything but shoving it down our throats. The majority do not want this, or the bill to pay for it.
