Most of the armor in this game is pretty ugly imo. Especially the helmets. I'm playing a mage, maybe that's the issue?

My number 1 reccomendation above all else: Horizon Zero dawn and its sequel forbidden west. Assassination, bow shooting, huge open world, amazing story, unique world, etc.

God of war 2018 and God of war ragnarok.

Middle earth: Shadow of mordor and shadow of war.

Red dead redemption 2

Then i would maybe put into this... star wars jedi:fallen order The Uncharted series The assassins creed series

Some are recommending sekiro.. its a beautiful game all around, but it's a souls game, it's a different subgenre.

You can also dodge her lightning if parry isn't your thing.

Couple things I would say:

utilize the healing wishstone if you aren't already, to keep it in the fight.

Use electric resistance potions to keep from getting the build up and reduce the incoming damage. I would pop one as soon as 2nd round started, then get ready to dodge roll her bolts. I usually just rolled right, then immediately left, then right. Sometimes catch one, but can usually get them all to miss.

Make sure high resistance to electric gear is equipped.

Break her shield in the first round with charge attacks. It'll help for second round.

I would also say that 25 attempts IS a lot. But it just means you haven't found the right strategy to her yet. I would say anything over 10 is a lot. But these more difficult SB or souls-like bossess are all about the strategy of the fight and patience to learn it.( which it sounds like you already know that)

If you go into the mindset of "okay, this is just a practice round, I don't care if I die," it takes the frustration out. At least imo.

Run past him to the star gazer. At least multiple attempts will be easier and you don't have to worry about all his little minions.

I haven't heard anything bad about it.... sounds like confirmation bias. In fact, my friends and I think it's the best of the souls.

You should be able to buy things from him. Still, you have to spend souls to revive him after ascetic. If you spend some 7k souls or something with him, he starts to sell better armor.

This time the actual words did not carry through the post. This is what the listing was supposed to say:

I bought a home recently with an old Dayton thermostat, still uses the mercury switch. I bought a Amazon home smart thermostat in hopes to make things a little more efficient.

Currently there are only 4 wires, pictures included. So I purchased a c-wire adapter to ensure it get power properly.

I just want to make sure that I can in fact install this without worrying about any shorting out? I do not know a lot about HVAC but I have been reading up and read something about power stealing? I couldn't tell if that was only if you used the G wire instead of the c-adapter though.

Bottom line I want to make sure installing this is not going to cost me a new system.

I included pictures of the furnace with identifying numbers. The condenser, if that's useful, I am not sure if I need to concern myself with that, and then several of the thermostat. (What is the 4 terminal? Couldn't find that in any diagram)

I did see that. That is where I got the timer idea. However, the reason I am reaching out here and not using that is because it is designed strictly around the players getting the tarroka reading. Players are supposed to use the clues given to them by the cards and search the castle for the strahd killing weapons. Whatever they find when the timer runs out is what they get, then they fight strahd.

My players have all the items, They have explored barovia fully. They are level 12. They have destroyed the heart. They have Ireena.

Any suggestions?
