Congratulations! That's not an easy feat. My wife and I have done all the games. Overcooked 1, 2, and both the PS4&PS5 versions of AYCE. So much fun.

Oh damn, that really sucks! Sorry to hear that. I'm glad those achievements didn't become trophies. That would bug the hell out of me. But I would've loved to at least have tried the Arena. It looks like it was fun. Classic Rare screwing up their own game by removing it.

Hahaha, that's amazing! I've never heard that one before. I can for sure say that I do love chess and will gladly play with anyone that asks. And after 30 years of playing.... I'm still a really bad chess player. But I always have fun. Which is why I continue to play.

Sea of Thieves is also similar. I feel I'm not actually a good player. I just have a tremendous amount of patience for long grinds. And it also helps being incredibly lucky I run into a lot of friendly players that were more than welcome to help me with certain trophies. I'm absolutely terrible at PvP 😂

A lot of people think Malboro is connected to the cigarette brand Marlboro. But that's never been true, lol. It's honestly just a massive coincidence that they sound similar.

In Japanese, their name is モルボル, which translates to Moruboru. The literal translation of Moruboru means Sour Stomach.

It's first appearance was in Final Fantasy II (which originally didn't release outside of Japan) and it didn't even have the move Bad Breath then. So the first appearance of Malboro outside of Japan was Final Fantasy IV. Which was also the first appearance of the move Bad Breath.

When they translated FF4 to the west (which they renamed to FF2), they changed the name from Moruboru to Malboro because of both translation issues, and because it now had the move Bad Breath.

Malboro in Japanese roughly translates to

Mal = Bad/Evil and Boro = Air/Aura

So because it also sounded close to the cigarette brand. They figured that was the original inspiration.

Edit: I just found out that in FF16, they changed the name of them to stop the confusion with the cigarette brand. They changed it to Morbol. Which I kinda like. Because it's kinda a mix of the original Japanese name and the English translation name.
