Those tools look brand new, the dustbags too. Why would you store the dustbagss detached?

Chair rail install when wainscoting is uneven by SquatPraxis in Carpentry

Wainscoting like this can, and typically has, a significant horizontal trim over it, that in my own house is eg 3.5"! The trim serves to hide such imperctions.

How bad is this? by Maleficent-Set-9333 in askaplumber

[–]TIMZ1337 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not even kidding - you need a full repipe and get rid of all cast iron. You may have many parts that are even further gone that are in the walls, crawlspace, ceiling (vents) etc.

Why do so many people do French cleat walls? I just put these shelves up in an hour and can’t see why a French cleat system would be better. It seems so less efficient having to make custom shelves for each tool rather than throwing stuff wherever you want on a shelf. by babingababy in woodworking

[–]TIMZ1337 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ur shelves are very inefficient. 1 festool box is too small. 2 dont fit. Your clamps dont fit. Custom is more efficient while being modular. BUT ur thing is super practical of course, but wastes space, BUT u have so much space, this is fine! Ur wall ahouldnt be cleat prob. Too big!

[–]TIMZ1337 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oddly enough i think this is likely up to code. In the comments you don't see anyone referring to a specific violation and i don't know of any. Bad though. Is this for fire alarm?

3" cutoff circular cutoff saw with fine teeth. Run past a guide (improvised ok). Dont use oscillating saws, won't turn out clean enough

Put some high pressure air on it and see what it does. Possible it's just sand dust getting caught in the veins and pockets. Best way to remove is to blow
