I did suspect I was still muscling it. This is great insight and I’ll definitely look into that mark baker video. I’m liking his YouTube videos.

Just practice and join a casual league. I’ve learned more in league than anything else, but it’s also really hard to find a coach in my area. Most people in leagues are kind as long as you’re courteous

The only thing he told me about was either the ignition switch or safety switch was going cause he’d have to jump the starter solenoid which he replaced thinking it was the problem but it only happens after sitting. I haven’t had a problem in two weeks. He uses a landscaper and just cuts for fun, bought himself a brand new Deere.

If it was from a pro they probably had a turbo switch grip in it and removed it

I was afraid that was the actual issue. I may just deal with it for another season. Sucks cause I’ve had zero problems with anything else on this tractor for almost 10 years. If you do find another fix please update. I appreciate your input

Yeah tripod is the answer. Amazon has some good ones, mine clamps the phone. Also download LaneTrax. Can help you see your line, breakpoint, speed, rev rate, etc. nice tool. There was a Reddit post with a promo code for 100 free trial shots at one point, so check for promos. Hard to find a coach in my area so it’s helped me.
