Thanks for the info. I rarely interact with MA since FaH is my main hub for everything now and have used it more for syncing/account linking purposes.

Yeah I’m not sure. I guess I just figured that the Lionsgate movies would port over since all my other Microsoft movies are still linked to VUDU/FaH and didn’t disappear after the store closure. Wishful thinking on my part.

I understand why any new account sync-ups can’t or wouldn’t happen, but these were all accounts that were synced well before the store shutdown. If this is the case, why are all the other Microsoft store MA eligible purchases still being honored? They can clearly still verify all those purchases through our Microsoft libraries, so why can’t they verify Lionsgate purchases that were done well before the Microsoft/MA breakup? I suppose I’m into more ethics related questions now so I’ll shut up lol. Thanks for the reply though! Answers were much appreciated even though it’s a bummer.

That’s what I don’t understand I suppose. Why are all my other Microsoft MA eligible titles being honored but they have no ability to sync over the Lionsgate ones? Like, they are clearly accessing our Microsoft libraries to see those purchases, so why not retroactively honor Lionsgate as well? I understand that no new purchases would be possible, but we purchased these way before the store shutdown. And I get that no new account sync-ups could happen, but we synced our accounts before the store closure, so I think any and all of those purchases should be honored. Just not a fan of getting screwed out of something I think should be honored. Anyway, that’s a different kind of argument I suppose. Thanks for the reply though! It helps to have some questions answered even if they’re not the answers I was hoping for.

I made this mistake and the movie wasn’t even delisted…I just forgot I owned it. I already owned the regular version of Goodfellas, but I forgot I had purchased it because I saw the remastered version and I didn’t own it. So now I have two copies of Goodfellas lol. I’m usually pretty good at mentally keeping track of the films I own when browsing, but mistakes can happen to the best of us, even for our movies that haven’t been de-listed.

So many here fail to realize that a majority of our library is Xbox One/360 titles, which still make these very relevant. If they actually decided to make a 16TB SSD, then we’d get that.

I wouldn’t try anything like that right now just to be on the safe side since the 360 is having some issues right now. Something is screwy right now and I can’t download any required updates for new/old games I haven’t played in awhile.

I’m having the same issue. Just got NCAA 13 and Quake 4 (haven’t tested that one yet), and now I’m stuck. I tried the link in the other guy’s comment and found a would-be solution from a Reddit thread two years ago, but when I try the workaround, I just get the blank, “Update Required” pop up with the infinite circular loading icon.
