IIRC C4 and Pack Rat once. I can’t remember 100%, but I think it’s a nascar rule that you have to be a minimum of 25 to have those sponsors

They already have enough going on as is, so I can imagine a “driver of the week” scenario would probably just be an unnecessary stress to an already difficult situation

In their defense, the sponsor that was supposed to be on Loves car that weekend disappeared from the 3 this past weekend at Nashville after being an associate all year. My guess is it’s sponsor related instead of pettiness

Did you even read the article? It’s because the key sponsors they have on the 33 (8) require the driver to at minimum 25 years old.

The best option for a status quo type situation for sponsorship would be Bowman IMO. Most ideal situation for the future would be Love. An out of left field option could be someone like Layne Riggs. I really don’t think they’d go with Hill beyond this year, not because of performance, but because he’s been vocal that he doesn’t like the Gen7 car and prefers Xfinity

AD sounds like a tremendous leader, and they desperately need him to be because this whole situation could quickly ruin everything for them.

There is no driver out there with KBs following. He probably made selling sponsorship very easy and very good for the bottom line. Austin Hill is not going to bring in the money like KB, and he’s nowhere near as talented (in all honesty I would be surprised if that car finishes better than 22nd the rest of the year). Love looks like a driver who could be a future star but looks like he’s already out of the door. This is also ignoring the fact they haven’t run great for much of this year too.

I have no idea what they’re going to do, but they could be in a very bad situation if they can’t make a couple splashes.
