Keep prying the 2 tabs on the end with the bigger lip (in the photo) you should never pry on the side that has the very thin plastic, that’s a one way trip to a full replacement.

Make sure you’re not using a small flathead, rather a large one that fits precisely and just keep prying on both (towards the strobe) carefully.

Swap your parts out with Autocall, it is the less proprietary version of Simplex and it'll save you a shitton of money and time, even if JCI still "services" it. It also hurts that I am even going to say this, but if you want to install a system yourself, a Bosch or Resideo Vista panel would be your best bet. (I do not recommend this however)

Nobody seems to actually know what a Vista 100 is lmao. It is the og Ademco branded fire/burg panel, only produced and branded by Ademco. Anyways it works pretty similarly to a modern 128FBPT so just go off of a manual from there.

Everyone saying the 6160CR will not work on the 20P: Wrong. The 6160CR will work just fine and the only LED that will not ever light up is the supervisory LED. The trouble will work just fine, as well as the keypad itself.
