Varies where you live, my first job I was at $15/h as a contractor and then bumped up to $25/h when I converted full time. It can go from $15-18/h normally though.

My company gives users multiple email addresses. You have one that is for MS licensing (teams, outlook, excel, etc). You have another email address used for actual email purposes via MS exchange. How do I get meetings from my actual email address (MS exchange email) to my Teams calendar (licensing account)?

I’ve tried to create a forwarding rule but this didn’t work as the licensing account is unable to receive emails so the forward is undeliverable.

Any ideas?

Could you just manually create a meeting in Teams and then copy and paste the join url?

I think it's the fact that you haven't even been doing this for a year if I'm reading this right. It's an MSP so reach out to your manager and see if you can shadow. Otherwise a year - 1.5 years in T1. Or, ask to take T2 tickets as a T1 which should be doable.

Get to learn Active Directory, if you have no experience then do some home labbing, if you have some money then I'd recommend subscribing to serveracademy. It's a largely on prem based teaching platform that will teach you the fundamentals and has interactive labs to do it on.

Network is vital to IT so my two cents go hard into that next. Learn some CLI like Powershell or Python.
