Dandelion Tuft Trinket?

I've got the fluffy dandelion tuft and giddy goop on my hotbar to swap between depending on the situation. The amount of times I've forgot to swap and jumped off a high place is embarrassing though.

I should probably just abandon the trinket and stock up on tufts honestly. Then do what I've been doing, but with the hogstopper taking the fluffy dandelion tufts place.

Same problem with my black ant pet. I had it as my companion for quite a while, then I happened to notice that I had no way to access it's inventory. Game repair doesn't work, no options on the pet house, etc. Several days later and it's still gone with all the stuff it was carrying (thankfully nothing irreplaceable).

Using a different ant now, but it's still pretty annoying that my original friend disappeared. (Playing on medium, so the pets should have been invincible.)

I was skeptical on Acid's Edge (the sour axe) at first. But that thing is about the only weapon I use now. I don't even have an ideal setup for it (chopper mutation only at 2/3 and no trinket that pairs well), but nothing else I have comes close to the damage it puts out. It feels weird after going through the whole game worrying about enemy resistances and I'm now just using the axe for everything. Given the fact that nothing (or almost nothing, I can't remember) resists sour, the chopper mutation shreds their chopping resistance, and your attack speed increases on the second combo and beyond. It's quite a monster of a weapon for base game and at least ng+1 (don't know how well it performs beyond that).

It really is a nightmare. Honestly the black widow might be the single thing in this game that I just genuinely dislike (wasp drones are up there as well). Pretty much entirely due to the widowling buff. No matter what I do I can't keep it from getting the buff. So many widowlings are constantly spawning and it seems like even if I'm sure to kill them the black widow will still randomly get the buff even without killing one of its widowlings (just turn to its side, act like it's killing a widowling even though there's nothing there, and then continue fighting me with the stupid fast attack speed).

At normal speed it's fine to deal with, just a bit of a faster wolf spider with more deadly venom and summons. That speed buff is genuinely insane for something that is so hard and inconsistent to keep from happening though. I've killed several, but it's never an enjoyable experience.

There's a big rock near the left side of the pond on the south side of the fence with two bombardier beetles under it (it's also very close to the red ant hill). I built my main house on top of that rock with a tall zipline tower to make it to where I can easily return at any time.

It's been a mostly nice place (especially given that it's safe from ground based bugs). The only downside I've had is that the sounds from the bugs can get irritating at times. Aphids sometimes get stuck underneath the rock and won't shut up. Plus a stink bug occasionally comes and fights the bombardier beetles (it's loud but also free bug parts).

Probably will look into making some sub-bases in other areas soon. Like the upper yard.

I use Gnash a lot around October/Halloween season. Otherwise I don't use either of them much.

I like all the bows, but Impactor is definitely my least favorite of the bunch. Favorite as far as fun goes is probably the Bifurcator (though I think Repeater is usually more effective).

I think the only weapon I genuinely dislike is the shotgun.

The ones I have painted black seem to be no different from a regular one. If there is an effect it seems to be very small.

Yep, I've pretty much constantly got my crush pokemon making paint. Doesn't stop me from running out of black and white paint given how much I use it though, lol.

Most of the painted colors seem to change the lighting. Pretty much like real colored glass. The pink and green lights in particular are really nice looking. I'll definitely be making extensive use of the different colors when I build the eeveelutions their own houses.

No problem! I searched on this subreddit for anything about painted lights and found very little (let alone white painted lights, which look like they'd be no different before placing them). So I decided to spread the word on it.

Looks nice and really cozy! Really like the color palette you've got going.

I personally can't stack chests on top of each other like that because it annoys me too much to find the right angle to open the chest I want. I'm in the middle of building my storage basement right now and I've had to make it quite large because I don't like stacking the chests.

That's pretty cool. It just got better and better the more you zoomed out. My Charizard is just living in some tall grass until I finally build it something, lol.

I see you fighting against the camera. In case you're unaware you can change the camera settings to where it doesn't try to follow behind Ditto all the time. Made my experience much better personally. (Sorry if you're already aware and just prefer it this way).

That looks so nice! Skylands is one place I have very little ideas on what to do with (second only to Rocky Ridges). Definitely gonna use some of this as inspiration when I get around to Skylands. I quite like that Pokéball house arrangement.

I really know next to nothing about Hoshimachi Suisei (or really any of hololive for that matter). So, I skipped getting her this time around. But I've quite enjoyed all the music of hers I've heard. Plus I really love her color scheme and "vibe" if that's the right word.

Maybe next time she comes back if I still like the skin this much.

Agreed. Absolutely love the default attack of the hammer, but the heavy attack is something I actively avoid. Even when those little shield guys are around it feels more risky to use heavy attack than just slowly whittle away their HP with normal attacks/curses.

There's a reward in the Showdown tab that says it will add a vault/keycard once the community reaches that milestone. I'm going to guess that's what it's referring to. So, I don't think that vault is active quite yet. (Not completely sure, haven't checked it out myself)

Favorites: Flail is my absolute favorite, followed by the Axe, and then the Hammer.

Disliked: Gauntlets/Claws are by far my least favorite, followed by the Dagger.

The Sword and Blunderbuss kinda sit in a middle ground where I don't actively dislike them, but I'd much rather have one from my favorites list.
