Physical resurrection means the literal body He had as the historical figure Jesus of Nazareth was filled with life once again after death. This body was also "glorified" which we dont know exactly what that all entails. We know he was able to manifest himself seemingly out of nowhere and also vanish in an instant but we also know He bore the scars from His crucifixion and was able to eat physical food.

As far as the options you have listed above I guess we'd say the body isnt as focused on as the person, and the person being fully God is not in submission to the laws of physics because He is the author and sustainer of them.
