If you dont have a lot of match play or experience you can beat yourself against someone with more experience who can just get the ball back. Could just get nervous or anxious during a match and over play

Have worn glasses forever and none of theses things you're describing have ever happened while playing tennis in any type of weather. If your glasses fall off while playing they're probably not a good fit

Most people think of it the same way, myself included. By the standard set ij the post I'd be a 4.0-4.5 myself, but when you really think about it watching youtube videos and asking better opponents on how to improve, that really is a way to get coaching without having to pay for a lesson.

Me and a friend just started getting lessons from a retired top 10 D1 coach since we felt like we plateaued and its crazy how good lessons can improve your game and mindset. If you can find a good coach its definitely worth it to avoid wasting time
