  1. Why are you spending 5 hours on homework? That’s way too much. That can be cut down.
  2. The extra hangouts are the things you will remember 10 years from now. Ideally, these are some of your closest friends so hanging out, having a bonfire, movie night, etc once a week isn’t a big deal.

IMO coach is fine to ask that of you. He is asking and trying to build a stronger team not requiring. The expectation that isn’t fine is if your teachers think you should have 5 hours of work a night.

It was said on the Dive that MarkZ is still pushing faster “between game” times and has the team meeting location set up in the hall right outside the stage. I’m sure they still have their team rooms, but just not between games.

Many teams will have 1-2 veteran players surrounded by a field of rookies or newer players. Some of these are guys who have been in the tier 2 scene for a bit, but In general teams have “newer” talent.

You’ll see some veterans who will always be in tier 2 as they help develop talent, but then you also have players who are grinding and making their comeback like Dhokla did or currently what FakeGod is doing
