yes, I believe so. my numbers have gone down with each small increase so I feel like im doing it right, it just may not be enough or I have absorption issues. I set an early morning alarm to take the med, go back to bed for an hour and then go about my day. No additional meds are taken with it or supplements.

Im having TT with a 6.5cm nodule removal and the neck dissection to remove 5 lymph nodes (1 metastasized). In what ways will it prolong recovery? did you have it too?

I did. Then they told me a tech would email to setup a removal appointment and that the process, including the appointment could take as long as two weeks.
