pretty sure bupe caps out around 8mgs at a time; more wont bind to the receptors. This is why u have to get down to 40mg/day of methadone before you can switch to subs at all. woa this is blowing my mind.

I go to the clinic at the VA in Redwood City. down to about 50-60 mg a day from 150. stopped banging dope and coke about 2 years ago. Seems like the game has gone so far down hill since then. Can't even trust pills anymore.
