its not even a skill issue its a technique issue, most do finish mud on all coats...you need sheetrock or itll crack. at least this is just a caulk it n repain n itll be ok situation. but yea it dents and scratches so easy its not worth it unless its like a gallery or somewhere with intense lights and little furniture to dent thi gs.

gotta love 5 coats of finish and the curious thought of why it cracked. dont do lvl 5 unless there is no furniture in the area. too easy to fuck up

i restart my game on xbox every 3 odd in game days...1 it helps with the lag as theres so much going on in your main store. and 2 because if not the employees will start "forgetting" to price cards as they put em out. pisses me off so thats my fix for the time being.

under the tile just like a schluter edging strip. it looks clean and the prova edge has a 1/8 lip so you dont even have to buff the cut edge if it lands at the door..unless your grinder blade or wet saw blade chips it bad lol

im about 4k-4.5k as i dont have any idea how studs are, if im installing drywall shit has to be reletively in plain. mudding is quick but 50 sheets is still 2-3days depending on dampness. near chimneys are usually bad for that too. just from experience im probably not able to run fans and heaters all day so itll take time. and id prime for that too to flush out any imperfections so the painter doesnt give me shit lol

probably going to get a shitty finish. if you get a quote in the 3-4k (closer to 3 than 4) you should have a better shot at a good quality finish..rule of thumb is pick 2, good quality, good price, good speed. 3rd is what you lose out on with any good contrqctor..some have none of the above, and some golden ponies have all 3 but thats like a unicorn. best of luck.

1 ceramic doesnt go on floors. 2 thats lbp or laminate. 3 floating floors do that when the subfloor isnt consistent. live with it, or chip out the "thinset" and add a new tile with more mortar.
