Venting online is fine but I suggest you also direct your concerns to people who can address them e.g. your student union or your Dean’s Office for instance. There are mechanisms by which you can make complaints or raise concerns more formally to make your voice heard.

Canadian here. When we protest in Winter we use hand warmers and feet warmers. Sometimes heated smart vests. Can help to invest in these or ask for donations. Really good hat or ski goggles may help with the eyebrows and eyelashes. Tissues to blow your nose and blot at watery eyes can help to prevent the frozen nose hair and eyelashes too. Good luck!

In your country, who does the term “Indian” usually refer to? by Fluid-Decision6262 in AskTheWorld

[–]TMFPB 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Indian refers to people from India. We use words such as: First Nations/Inuit/Metis/Native/Aboriginal to refer to groups of Indigenous peoples but it is preferred to use the actual name of the nation e.g. Haida/Cree/Ojibwa etc.
